I did miss A's first formal dance. She attended a friend's high school homecoming dance.

Meanwhile I was having a fun time in Reno with family and friends..... my sister's pastor's wife, Hoppy, taught us how to make Mexican tamales...yum, yum, yummy!

I got to visit with my brother and sister's family...
And friends...(Julie had to get back to Fernley so she missed the rest of our evening. You really didn't miss too much!ha!)Rachel and VaLynn

Nephews say the darnest things:
While I was bathing my nephews, I got tired of standing by the tub so I pulled a step stool over to keep an eye on them while they played in the water. My 5 year old nephew looked over at me and said, "Hey Aunt Jenn you're our life guard!"
I was playing with my nephews in the backyard and noticed a few weeds popping up in the gravel. I mentioned that pulling the weeds would be a nice little surprise for their mom and dad. The 5 year old said, "OH, I just pee on them and it kills them dead".
