Sorry no photos, there was a white out here in Sammamish! Ha! I think photos of us sitting on the couch stuffing our faces with carbs wouldn't be a pretty photo. We're not use to getting deep snow here in Seattle, so a lot of the roads were not clear enough to drive anywhere. Which makes for a long winter break! All in all it was a nice holiday break.
R and S left New Year's day to drive to Salt Lake City, Utah and the Snoqualimie Pass was closed. They came home and then after a few hours of waiting for the pass to open they drove to Portland and over to Pendleton, Oregon. It was a long trip for them. They watched almost two seasons of "Heroes" on their way and arrived at 4am to Salt Lake City on the 2nd of January.
S is starting school tomorrow at LDS Business college. She's excited for school, or maybe it's just being on her own again. We'll miss her singing and piano playing echoing through the rooms of our home!
I'm looking out the window as I type this blog post, and it's snowing again. Please don't cancel school one more day!! Ugh!! I think I'll go to Southwest.com and see how much the airfare is to Arizona!
Happy New Year!!

And we have hardly any snow in Colorado! No fair!
Well, the mountains got dumped on but we are pretty dry.
Good for S heading out. She will enjoy it even if it is in Utah....haha!
It's global warming, er, I mean global climate change caused by all those Starbucks in Seattle. So crazy about all the snow!!! Happy New Year. Oh, and I would love to see you all stuffing your faces with carbs :)
You could always come to Colorado! No snow here!!!
